Excercise Diary!! Excercise the key to a happy life!!!
Friday: Ran 5 miles 30 push-ups 10 pull-ups 20 sit-ups with 10lb. weights 2 sets of 12lb weight curls In a hurry so did not finish all the weights I wanted to, but did my best and forgot the rest!!
Saturday: Ran 5 miles 20 minutes of weights, push-ups and pull-ups. I like to eat eggs for protien since I am allergic to whey! P90X legs and back
Monday: Ran 5 miles 10 minutes weights
Tuesday: Ran 5 miles
